This site is dedicated to the photos I have made during my urban exploration trips. So what is urban exploration? There are many definitions but I like to refer to Wikipedia: ‘Urban exploration (often shortened as urbex or UE) is the examination of the normally unseen or off-limits parts of urban areas or industrial facilities.’ Taking photo’s during an urbex trip is not ‘mandatory’ but there are quite a lot of people who combine their hobbies by photographing urbex sites!
